Framing Your Favorites
Framing.
What is stopping you from getting your favorite prints and photos onto the wall? It is probably framing.
Unless you’re going to use tape or tacks, you’ll need a frame to get that art print on the wall. While photos and prints are indeed an economical way to decorate with art, one still has to consider how they will be displayed. Fortunately, there are options…
Ready-Made Frames
Ready-made frames are an economical option especially if you have time to shop locally. Simply keep sizing in mind when purchasing prints.
Here are the popular frame sizes which can easily be purchased off-the-shelf at a local store:
5x7
8x10
11x14
16x20
Prints or photographs in these same standard sizes will pop right into matching frames. It’s an easy win, and a wonderful way to support local shops.
Custom Framing
A non-standard size will most likely require custom framing. For that, and for all my clients’ prints, I choose Framebridge. They are my production partner for custom framing. Their frames are expertly custom cut and hand-made with the highest quality materials in the industry.
You can send them a digital file which they will print for you, or you can send them an actual physical print. (Round trip packaging and free shipping provided.)
Using Framebridge saves time. You can do it all from your house. No driving around to various framers. No struggling to affix the print to the mat. No figuring out how to attach a wire to the back of the frame. Your custom piece (including your print, photograph, or original art) will arrive ready to hang right out of the box.
I have a gift for you, dear reader, if you’d like to try them yourself. 15% off your first order, by simply clicking HERE.
